Well all today I spent all day reading and taking notes for my history class....which I love! I thought because it was a history class that it was going to be extremely boring, but instead it has proven to be one of my favorite classes. We covered WWI. After class well if you all are friends with me on facebook you would have seen this comment: "Everyone should know that I am not being a very good student tonight as I caved into the end of season one of vampire diaries! Totally worth it. Sorry to my neighbors who heard the emotional roller coaster of Brittany Wood's and my reactions to the season finally. Now it is really time to do my homework." Yep instead of writing my paper for Globalization class that is due on wednesday at 11 am I stayed up until midnight finishing season one and starting season 2 of Vampire Diaries. I have decided that it is going to be a bitter sweet ending when this show is done. I will be sad that I won't have the life of Damon and Stefan to lose myself in, but I will also be happy to get out and do stuff here in Leiden. I ended up staying up until way way late to finishing reading when finally I decided to hit the hay and wake up early to finish my paper.
Oh I forgot to say that this was Valentine's day....I usually hate this day, but this year it wasn't too bad. Nico gave my a little basic full of lots of great candy including my favorite (Jelly Belly Jellybeans) and then Mac Daddy gave me a tulip.
